Hello, It's tough to be sure since the tape measure is blocking part of your fittings but it looks like your last photo shows wings on the top fitting but not on the bottom. If so, take a look and compare the S395 channel balance to your assembly. You'll also need to weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need.
