Hello, thank you for posting,

Your balance resembles the Series 770 channel balance, but with the 62-105 attached that hooks into the pivot shoe in the window channel. Can we see the pivot shoe?

To further review, are you able to confirm how the balance installs into the window channel? Does it hook in? If you still have one of these balances installed, that would be best to see!

We will also need to know the weight of the window sash. Thank you!

I've attached some additional pictures of the slot that this one is from and the slot that still has a balance. They appear to be hooked in at the top of the window if that is helpful info. I am not sure of the weight of the window

Thank you,

Your balance installed with a S-clip like the 19-030 style. This clip hooks onto a rivet in the balance and then into the window channel. We can install a rivet in the balance to accommodate this installation.

Unfortunately the original 2365 does not translate to our stamp option for the Series 770 balance. We will need the weight of the sash to move forward. The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale.

From there I can send over an order link with pricing for your review. For custom orders there is a minimum of (2) and are nonrefundable.
