We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, the balance shown in your photos is too damaged to identify. To get started, we'd need to see photos of an intact assembly removed from the other side or an identical window in the house. Make sure to include photos of both ends and the clip at the end of the pulley cord. This information will help us determine how your balance attaches to the sash and window jamb. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. Your photos resemble the S770-28 channel balances, which attach to the top of the window jamb with a screw. They also use a terminal clip at the end of the pulley to attach the balance to the pivot shoe. Review the specifications shown on our product pages. 

Your stamp code indicates that you may be able to use the 28D strength options for your replacement balances but you'll need to confirm if your sash falls within the 23-28 lbs. weight range.
