Window balance part

A home owner from Valrico, FL says:
I am looking for replacement part for my window balance. The current part number printed on the balance is DB 102 3420.

The balance is 35" in length and 9/16" channel width. A number of the models that you have look similar to what I have hence i'm not sure which one to pick. I would appreciate any assistance with selecting the right model.

Thanks for posting. It looks like you have either an S380-35 or S385-35. The difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best--use the diagram below as a reference. In either case, for a new stamp option choose 3420.
