Can you confirm that you're measuring the metal channel only? If it's still measuring as 27", it's possible that you may have the wrong stamp on your balance. If that's the case, see our S770-27 but you'll need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart under the product description on the S770-27 product page to determine the correct stamp option. Let me know if this makes sense or if you had any questions. |
