Emily from SWISCO responded:

Hi, Tim.

This reminds me of our S770-26 channel balance with the 26C spring strength option. Look over the specifications and compare them to your old hardware to see what you think.

A quick learner from Texas says:
The original Chanel slide is 27 inches long but does have 26c stamp on it everything else seems the same do you think Chanel being a inch shorter will work? On my window the top was fasten with a sheet metal screw I may could drop it one inch to keep bottom of Chanel track the same if you don't make a 27 inch Chanel . Thanks Tim

Emily from SWISCO responded:

Can you confirm that you're measuring the metal channel only? If it's still measuring as 27", it's possible that you may have the wrong stamp on your balance. If that's the case, see our S770-27 but you'll need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart under the product description on the S770-27 product page to determine the correct stamp option.

Let me know if this makes sense or if you had any questions.

A landlord from Texas says:

Thank you for the help the S770-27 c was a perfect match your staff was able to quickly suggest what I needed thumbs up . Thanks Tim
