Window balance replacement

Dear Swisco,

I have a broken window balance that needs to be replaced.

It seems to be matching your product '29" Series 770 Balance Product Code: S770-29'.

Were you able to verify for me whether that's the case?

Attached are the pictures of the balance.

It has a stamp reads like '29B B.S.I. JM'.

Hi Wenlan, thank you for posting,

I agree that your balance resembles the S770-29 channel balance with a 29B stamp option. I cannot see the top of the balance, but note that the Series 770 installs with a screw that goes through the top of the channel. If your balance installs differently, please let me know!
