Thanks for reaching out to us. The shoe shown in your photos reminds me of the 15-014 that the Series 751 uses. However, I'm not 100% sure this is what you have since it's still in the jamb. We also have the 15-197 shoe which is different from the 15-014 since it has a rounded shape near the metal tab. If you have this, your balance would need to be a custom order. Would it be possible to see a photo of a shoe in undamaged condition removed from the window?

I can't take it out with the rain we are having. The balance knife lock shoe 15-014 looks like the right one. The part on the window is wedge shaped.
