Window balancer

A quick learner from FL says:
Ordered other ones, didn't know one window was smaller!

Pics attached-length of metal part is 15 15/16" ((just shy of 16"). Sash weight is 22.2lbs. Only need two (one window set).
Also would like 6 window take-out clips (a couple broke).
Thank you.

Hello there!

Depending on the depth of the bottom fitting, it appears you have either the Series 351 or Series 390. However, we can only supply balances that measure the full inch when it comes to length.

It's also important to note that the original 1510 stamp is calibrated for a sash weighing 4 to 6 pounds, not 22 pounds. Did you ever have trouble opening or closing your small window?

The bottom fitting is 1 1/8". Will go with length of 16", I'm sure the tape measure end accounts for the 1/8th.

Just purchased the home and most of the windows didn't open properly/easily, hence replacing all the balancers. So not sure how it worked before.

Wasn't sure what you meant byIf you have another suggestion for a proper one for 22lbs, I'd appreciate it. Otherwise thinking of going with the S390 1550-highest weight one for those other specs. Thoughts?Thank you!

You wouldn't want the 1550 option if your sash weighs 22 pounds. We can supply balances with the 1565 stamp option but it will have to be a custom order. A pair of balances with the 1565 stamp will support a sash weighing 20 to 23 pounds. I just need to confirm the availability so I can get this moving for you. I'll reach back out as soon as possible!

Thanks for waiting! It looks like there will be a 5-6 business week lead time for these balances. I'm going to email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) S390-16 balances with the 1565 stamp that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note that the 16-002 take-out clips aren't included with this link so don't forget to add your desired quantity to your cart separately.

Let me know if you have any questions!
