Lauren from SWISCO responded:

Hi Dallas, thank you for posting,

It appears your window uses tilt spiral balances. You could either have the Series 900 with a 3/8" diameter tube or the Series 600 with a 5/8" diameter tube. To confirm the correct series, you will need to measure the diameter and length of the tube. Compare the color of the original tip to choose the correct strength colored tip option.

If you need a new pivot bar, please review the 26-040 to see how it compares. If a new pivot shoe is needed as well, we will need to see it removed from the window channel with written out dimensions of the width and thickness to confirm the best fit.

Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions!
