Window balancer replacement

A quick learner from San Diego, CA says:
Hi, the marking on the part is 24 2 HO CALDWELL in case you can't see it in my photos. The vinyl windows are at least 25 years old. I need to replace all of the balancers in my rental unit. Several different sizes but mostly the same as the ones in my photos.

Hi Liz,

Your channel balances appear to be either the S380-25 with a 1" shoe or the S385-25 with a 1-3/32" shoe.

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.

You'll need to select the 2420 stamp option for your 24 2 Stamp.
