Thanks for reaching out! Your operator looks a lot like our 9-1/2" Single Arm Operator, part 39-139. To determine if this is the right fit for your window, look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing hardware. 

The compatible handles are the 39-114L (non-folding) and 39-205 (folding) crank handles.
