Window channel balance

A home owner from Florida says:

This is from a ALENCO window from 1996. It has B.S.I. 2430 stamped on it. The metal portion measures 25 inches end to end NOT including any plastic. Both sides are broken so would need 2. Dont know if any other parts are attached or broken that I would need to make the repair other clips or something ? Thanks for the help tj
