Window channel balance

A quick learner from Chino, Ca. USA says:

19 3 BX CMC 7 print on back face

Metal channel is 20 inches long

Also looking for the black plastic pieces that hold the window channel in place.

Hey Ivan. I believe this probably either an S380-20 or S385-20 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two types of balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. See the illustration below for reference. In either case, for a new stamp option choose 1930.
