Thanks for posting! Since your balance shoe has a 15/16" depth, I believe it may just be slightly worn down due to wear and tear. That said, I believe your balance is the Series 380 with a 1" shoe depth. Since it is marked with a 22 5, you'll need the S380-23 with a 2250 stamp option.
