Need to find replacement parts for this window crank. It has broken off and we cannot locate hardware that works for it.

Hey there! Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks to me like your worm gear stripped out. That's the industry term for that corkscrew shaped piece you show in your fourth photo.

The bad news is that this can't be repaired or replaced. This only falls out when the gears of the operator become stripped, usually from age or over-torquing during operation. Once it falls out, the operator is irreparably damaged and will have to be replaced.

My recommendation is the 39-032. This may be the exact part you need, but you should review its arm sizes below to verify. As long as the arm sizes are the same then I think it'd work perfectly in your window. Additionally, your old cover and handle can be reused as long as they're still in good condition.
