Window crank, parts, & lock

A contractor from Los Angeles, CA says:
Hello, I need assistance with identifying and ordering the following parts:

-Window crank (the only visible markings are "45054" on the underside). The crank has 12 teeth / splines.
-The arm that moves when you turn the crank. The plastic roller on the end (which usually stays inside the housing attached to the window) is damaged and comes loose
-Lock / latch.

The window crank box (the housing around the gears) is 4" wide.

The housing on the window that holds the arm with the roller is 11 3/8" long
Dimensions of the lock / latch box is 2 3/16" wide x 2 11/16" tall.

The crank and lock pictured are intact, but I need these for another similar window.

I can send more photos if needed.

Hey there!

The 38-075 comes to mind for the casement lock. As for the operator, have a look at the 39-254E or 39-027E. The 39-114L is the compatible handle which is sold separately. Review the dimensions for these parts and see how they compare with your old hardware.

Thank you Emily.
