Thanks for posting! Your window operator closely resembles the 39-094 Andersen Straight Arm Operator; the opposite handed version is the 39-095. To confirm that this is the right replacement for your existing operator, take a look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing hardware.

This operator is compatible with the 39-286 Casement Window Handle.
