Window crank replacement

A handy person from Minnesota says:
I need a replacement crank mechanism for a smaller Crestline window. The name listed on the crank mechanism is Truth. There is a patent number 4,840.075. On the backside of the long arm that connects to the window, there is a stamped number 40574. From the inside of the house, the mechanism cranks the window open from the left to the right.
