Window handle

A friend from Switzerland says:
Hello,
I need help to find out what is the type of window handle we have here. Could you help me identify it please? It doesn't hold anymore in the hole, once I opened the window, it stay in my hand, and it doesn't seem to work anymore. I think that handle is OK. It is more about the attaching system inside that doesn't work or doesn't hold a handle. I don't know the brand, but there is a number 45082.
Thank you very much for your help.

Hi Zlata,

Thanks for writing in! The number from your casement lock brings up our 38-091 and 38-092 Multi-Point Sash Locks when I search for them in our database. To determine if this is the correct replacement for your existing lock, you will need to remove the lock and carefully compare the dimensions.

Take a look at the video tutorial, tagged below, for an idea on how to unlock a casement lock with a broken lever.
