Window handle and cover

A quick learner from San Diego says:

The current window handles and covers are made by Truth. There are no screws in either the handles or the covers--they snap off. The covers show the numbers 45190 on the inside. I want to replace these with units that have folding handles and that will fit directly onto the bases that are there now. We will need four of them.

I was thinking this model might work for us:
