Window hardware

A quick learner from Moss Landing, CA says:
I have four casement windows by Milgard that need replacement hardware and trying to identify which window hardware goes with which window. I am hoping for something stainless steel that will survive, harsh ocean air.

Want to understand all the relative parts necessary to operate window and replace the anything that might be worn at the same time for a fresh start.

Hello,

The operator shown in your photos looks like a match to the 39-091. We also offer the 39-092 opposite-handed version. Unfortunately, we only carry the base and 39-224 handle for this assembly. Everything else, including the link arm, has been discontinued and is no longer available.

It looks like you also have old discontinued Roto hinges that they stopped making a few years ago. We have recommended the 36-004-10 hinge set to replace it often. Keep in mind that the top and bottom hinges would need to be replaced. Take a look and see what you think.

We'll also relate a few videos on this page to give you an idea of the hardware used in these types of casement windows and how they work. Thank you!
