Window interior Parts

A contractor from Washington DC says:

I am looking for the following parts for the double sash 24" and 28" windows.

Image 2 shows the metal bracket that runs along the side of the bottom sash.

Image 3 shows a missing spring with cover that goes on the casing.

Please let me know if we would be able to find these replacement parts.

Hello,

It looks like you have an older-style pivot bar that we believe is no longer available. The only comparable replacement we offer would be the 26-402 but keep in mind that installing this part would require drilling new holes. Review the specifications below and see what you think.
