Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need you to write out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes in your sash lock since it's tough to get accurate dimensions from photos. Thank you.

A home owner from Charlotte, NC says:
Width between holes is 2.25 inches

Thanks for getting back to us. We do not carry an exact match for your sash lock but it does resemble the 90-019, which has the same 2-1/4" installation holes. Take a look and see if the specifications could work for your repair.

Dimensions for 90-019

Thanks I'll give it a try when I get back from a trip.
A home owner from California says:
On the suggested 90-019 part, the lever arm is bent down below the mounting plane. So this device must be used on a sash where the lever can hang over the edge of the sash. If the center line of the mounting hole is any more than about 10mm from the edge, this level will not close all the way.

I learned this after ordering it.
