Thanks for reaching out. We do sell a few different sweep locks with an installation hole space measurement of 2-1/16", in this style but we do not have any with a 1/2" backset. I would recommend double checking the measurement to confirm that it is 1/2".

I suggest starting with reviewing and comparing our 90-077C, 90-161, and maybe even 90-278. The diagrams for the measurements can be found by clicking each hyperlink for the recommended part numbers. They are located below the larger picture of the part; click on the thumbnail to enlarge the image.

In regard to the keeper, we do not have any that are made with a 3/4" hole spacing. The closest part recommendation we have is 90-169 with a 7/8" hole spacing but still very different from your original.

Carefully review the installation hole measurements (from center to center) to confirm if any of these parts may work for you.
