Hey Sal. This is called a pivot bar. It connects the bottom corners of the window sash to the pivot shoes in the jamb tracks. I am confident we can help replace yours, but I'm afraid that broken tip is one of the key details for identification. If you can you show us an undamaged version of this pivot bar, perhaps from the other side of the sash or from an identical window in the house, we should be able to narrow this down for you.
