Window part

A home owner from Brandenburg says:
My window that slides up and down and tilts out broke. The metal piece on the bottom of the window slides into a piece attached to the spring. I don't know what is called or if it can be replaced

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears your window balances use the 15-044 attachment that connect into the 15-216 pivot shoe. Please review the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

If you need the full balance, are you able to provide pictures of the metal channel and how it installs into the window channel? We will also need the length of the metal channel and the number/letter stamp on it. Please note that these balances will require a custom order to attach the 15-044 for you.

The pivot bar is located at the bottom of the window sash and engages with the pivot shoe. Did you need a replacement for the bar as well? If so, we will need to see one of the original removed from the frame. Thank you!
