Thanks for posting. This pivot shoe might be something like our 15-118 or 15-046, but I'm afraid it's impossible to accurately measure the dimensions without removing the shoe from the window. The video below shows how to do this via the 'cutout' method. Your shoe is likely 1-1/4" wide, but the thickness is also what will determine which shoe you need. Let us know what you find.

Also can I just order the blue center pieces. That's really all I need.

The 15-015 could possibly work but it is a slightly different style than yours, which is why we recommended starting with the 15-118 and 15-046. The thickness of an undamaged pivot shoe would be the determining factor. Unfortunately, the center cams are not available separately. We apologize for the inconvenience.
