Hello,

If you are referring to the blue center cam popping out, it could be worn or not locked under the back brake of the pivot shoe. If that is the case and the pivot shoe needs to be replaced, I would recommend removing yours from the window to compare to the specifications of the 15-015 below. Thank you.

I'm asking why the spindle part is not staying in the white/blue part it always pops out and cause the window not to sit right

It sounds like you may be referring to your pivot bar not staying engaged with the shoe cam. If so, that indicates that at least one of the two parts is likely broken and in need of replacement. If you determine that you need new pivot bars as well, we would need to see an undamaged version removed from one of your windows to compare to our inventory.

If the window sash is not staying up, that indicates that the spiral balances may need to be replaced. Assuming that this window uses the same type of spiral balance shown in the first photo shown in this thread, you would need either the (3/8") S900 or (5/8") S600 depending on the diameter of the housing tube of your balance. You would also need to determine the length of the tube and the color of the plastic piece at the base to choose the corresponding strength option.
