Window rollers

A home owner from Cedaredge, Colorado says:

The window latch is labeled "Amsco". There are no other markings on the windows, which were installed in 1997. The roller in the photos is stiff, reluctant to roll, and needs to be replaced -- along with a whole lot of others.
