Thanks for posting. We know that some PGT windows with Series 385 balances use the 18-015 Top Sash Guide. But there tends to always be exceptions when it comes to these parts, so I'd compare the diagrams below to an existing Top Sash Guide of yours to ensure it matches up. Let us know if anything differs, send photos if so, and we'd be happy to try and find something better.
