Hi Robert. The closest match we have to this Miami operator is I believe the 39-054. You'll need to remove your old operator and compare with the hole pattern and arm configuration below to ensure it matches. I am afraid the left-handed version of this operator is no longer available. I apologize for the inconvenience.
