Thanks for reaching out! Your plastic housing appears to be our 15-087. Carefully review and compare the dimensions from our part to your hardware to confirm that this is the replacement you need.

Given that your housing is stamped with a 5, the compatible coil spring will be the S180-5. You may also need the 16-024 mounting bracket.
