Thanks for writing in! Your plastic pivot piece looks pretty similar to the 39-538 Nylon Lock Pair which is used on our 39-537 Lock Assembly Pair. Take a look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing hardware to determine if this might work as a suitable replacement.

Another replacement to consider would be the 39-539 Anderson Vent Hinge Pair. I do believe this may have been used on older Andersen windows but may work as a replacement for your application. See what you think!
