Window balance 15 5 IP Caldwell

A home owner from Belleview Florida says:

On the Balance is the following stamped

"15 5 IP Caldwell"

from a kitchen window installed in 1996. Metal piece measures 16" length

I contacted Caldwell and they directed me to their distributor who wasn't helpful at all.

Thanks for posting. Please see our S395-16 channel balance, I think this may be just what you're looking for. I would also recommend our 1550 spring strength option, but you can always weigh your sash to confirm this is correct.
