upper hinge 93/4" Arm 71/2" Need screws also.

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! Since the handles on the operator are stripped, you will need to replace the entire operator. Given the measurement of the arm, I believe you'll need the 39-434 Roto Single Arm Operator; the opposite handed version is part 39-435If the dimension for the length of the arm is not a match, I'll need to know your exact measurement to confirm the correct replacement.

The handle compatible with these operators is the 39-232 Roto Folding Crank Handle.
