Hello!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our S795-33 channel balance looks like a good match for this. You may also need the 33C strength option. A pair of balances with this option will support a sash weighing 20 to 25 but you can always weigh your sash to confirm. 

You will also need to purchase the 15-195B open cam shoe (sold separately) and then swap it with the one that comes with the S795 by default. The video below will show you precisely how to do so.
