Your balance resembles the Series 795 channel balance, but with the 15-198 hook at the top for installation and the 15-194 T-lock shoe. This configuration would require a custom order to assemble for you. To further review, can you confirm the length of the metal channel only and the number/letter stamped on the channel?

Hoe many balances do you need? For custom orders there is a minimum of (2). Thank you!
