channel balances and a window lock

The longer balance is 28 inches long and 1 inch wide. The number on the channel itself for this one is shown in Picture 213413. The shorter one is 16 inches long and 1 inch wide. Details in Pictures 212840580 and 212903476. Window lock is also broken; Pictures 213414 and 213417.

Thanks for reaching out to us! My recommendation is either the Series 380 or Series 385, depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. Measure as shown below to see which one is best for your repair. You will also need to refer to the stamp printed on the metal channel to determine the appropriate strength option.

As for the lock, can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center?
