It appears your assembly uses the 19-041 top fitting. This isn't used on any stock balance of ours but we can still help via custom order. I'll just need a few more details so that I can get this moving for you. I see you mentioned the number 1690, is this the stamp printed on the balance? If so, we will need you to weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight. That will allow us to calibrate the spring strength. Can you also measure the bottom fitting as shown below and tell us what you find? Finally, how many balances are you looking to order? I can draft a price quote from there.
