Thanks for writing in! We do not sell your exact coil balance assembly but our Series 140 coil balances may be worth considering as a replacement. Since there is a 5+5 stamped on the plastic of your assembly, it is likely you'll need the S140-10.

Carefully look over the dimensions below and compare them to your existing hardware.

The metal piece protruding from the balance assembly is the pivot bar. It is likely you'll need either the 26-398 or the 26-405. Again, you'll need to compare the dimensions below to confirm which of these is the right replacement.
