19 9 balance part and availability

A home owner from Tracy, California says:
I need replacement for the following part number: 19 9 LW CMC 11. I need Rh and Lh, with springs and plastic ends. Do you have this and what does it take to get them.

Thanks,
Ron

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, the numbers stamped on your balance do not indicate the correct replacement. We should be able to help but we would need to start by seeing detailed photos of an intact balance removed from the window, including both ends and the clip at the end of the pulley cord. Thank you!

A home owner from Tracy, California says:
From the "up" side metal to nylon at the bottom is 19 inches. The total metal length is 20 inches. The metal U opening is 5/8", about 9/16" tall and the bottom of the U is 17/32"

Let me know if you need more information.
Thanks,
Ron

Thanks for getting back to us. With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-20 or S385-20 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

Unfortunately, your stamp code is from an outdated weight system for these balances, so you'll need to weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need. There is a chart on the balance product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight. J let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
