Thanks for reaching out! Your casement operator looks a lot like our sill mount Encore Awning Operators, part 39-239B (also available in stainless steel 39-239C). Take a look over the dimensions to confirm that this is the correct replacement. The compatible pivot slide is part 39-536 and the track is part 39-556. You may also need the 39-375 Truth Folding Handle with Cover. Dimensions for 39-239B
Alternate view and dimensions for 39-239B

In regard to your awning window hinges, start with taking a look at our 36-004-10 and 36-004-14. Carefully review and compare the measurements to determine if this style hinge could possibly be the replacement you need. These can be used for both the left and right side of the window. Also, keep in mind, you may need to drill new installations holes. With that said, you'll need to exercise caution when drilling to holes so that you do not damage the frame and/or crack the glass pane. DImensions for 36-004-10

Hello, I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 39-239C operator, which uses the 39-536 pivot slides and 39-556 track, to your assembly. Alternate view and dimensions for 39-239C
We also offer hinge sets such as the 36-004-10 and 36-004-14 depending on the size of your original hinges. As for the locks, unfortunately, I can't tell if we can supply a suitable replacement based on your photos. If you could remove an undamaged lock to show us, we can go from there. Thank you. |

To remove them, you'll need to detach the pivot slide assembly from the operator arms. Then you should be able to slide them off the track. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions. |
