Thanks for posting! Your sash appears to use the 26-014 Lower Sash Slide Latch which is used with the 26-002 Black Sash Release Lever. To determine if this is the right fit, you'll need to remove your existing latch and carefully compare the dimensions.

You may also need the 26-017 Retainer Clip along with the 26-016 spring. The pieces installed to the top left and right corner of the window are likely to be the 26-081 left hand and 26-082 right hand dust covers.
