Thanks for writing in! I believe you may be searching for the internal mortise lock installed between the handle set. If so, your existing lock looks like it can be replaced with our 82-239 Multi-Point Mortise Lock and Keeper. To determine if this is the right replacement, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them.

This lock is also available in stainless steel; part 82-259.
