need help

A quick learner says:

I have identical windows in my house that are missing these parts in the picture as well as the pivot bars to go with the pivot lock shoe in the picture. If you could help find the correct parts that would be great so we can put an order together.

Hey there, thanks for writing in! Your tilt latches look like they could possibly be our 26-243 and 26-244. To confirm that these are the correct replacement, you'll want to find an undamaged latch and compare the measurements shown on the diagram below. Let me know if they are not a match.

Your tilt window pivot shoe looks like the one typically used for our Series 140 Quick-Tilt balance assemblies. The shoe is sold separately if that is the only part you are looking to purchase. However, the coils are only sold as part of the Series 140 assembly.

In the event that you do not have any stamps/markings, you'll need to obtain the sash weight and divide it by two; this will give you the spring strength needed for you sash. For example, if you have a sash weight of 20lbs, you'll need the S140-10.

These coil assemblies are compatible with the 26-398 and 26-405 round end pivot bars. To confirm which of these is the right replacement, carefully compare the dimensions below to your existing pivot bars.
