need help finding parts

A quick learner from san antonio says:
the holder that goes in the wall jam reads pat*810108
the back of the window balance reads 28C and that is it, no 4 digit code anywhere on it.

i have no clue who the window manufacture was either. They were installed in this house in 2008

Hello there. This looks like it might be an S795-28, stamped 28C. The T-Lock Shoe looks like the one that comes attached by default with this balance (our 15-195). However, please confirm your balances attach to the top of the window jamb with a screw clip. If it uses a hook instead, please show us and let us know before proceeding. Many thanks.

It is a hook and not screw clip ....see additional pics

Thanks, that's good to know. In that case you should be able to use our 26-200 screw plug to adapt our balance for use in your window. Just note that this screw plug can only fit in a square hole; if yours is round, then it's not going to be able to install. In that scenario we would have to custom make this balance for you here in our shop before we send it out so that it has the appropriate hook. I'd also have to know how many you needed to order so we can get to work building them for you.

If you're lucky, though, the hole in your window will be square and the 26-200 screw plug will solve your problem easily. The video below will go into more detail as to how it works.
