need replacement pivot bar for double hung tilt windows

A home owner from coastal North Carolina says:
February 9, 2024
3" pivot bar w/ 9836A markings. Has 1 vertical tab that sits flush on outside of window frame and 2 horizontal guide wings. Center of screw hole is 1 23/32" from edge of the window frame. Cam is 5/16"w x 3/16"tall. Existing broken pivot shoes are 1 1/4" wide, 1/2" thick (ordering 15-046 pivot shoes) & 28" red tip 600 series spiral balances. Have broken pivot bars that need a suitable replacement, any suggestions would be great! Thank you for your time.

Thanks for writing in. See our 26-403. While it lacks the wings your old pivot bar had, we believe it should fit your window just fine. Look over the dimensions and let us know what you think.
