Thanks for reaching out to us. Since this is a tilt window and the outer tube measures 5/8" in diameter, I recommend the Series 600 with the red tip option. The 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches come to mind but they aren't exact so I can't make any promises. They do appear to be our closest matches though. Have a look and see if you think the specifications could work for you. 

We'd be happy to help with the pile weatherstripping but we will need you to write out the base width and pile height. 

You can reuse the pivot shoes if they're in good shape. If not, we will need to see a photo of it removed along with the written-out thickness and width.
