old casement window hinges

A home owner from Sandwich, MA says:

I am looking to replace the existing broken casement window hinges. The bracket on the window frame is approximately 9 7/8". The bracket on the window itself is approximately 7 1/2" and the arm that connects to two is approximately 5 1/2". Would you have anything close that would work to make the window operational again?

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Edward, thank you for posting,

For new hinges, we do not have an exact match, but start by taking a look at the 36-004-10 2-bar hinge set as a potential replacement option. Please note that both the top and bottom hinges would need to be replaced at the same time.

I cannot see your operator base, but it appears it uses either an older version or the newer 39-091 and 39-092 Roto operators. Unfortunately the link arm shown that connects the operator to the window sash has been discontinued. To our knowledge, this arm is no longer available. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions.
