older pella window

A quick learner from Colorado says:
Hello,
I have an older pella window where the plastic hinge shoe has broken. Any suggestions on how best to find a replacement?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks!

Hello,

At first glance, your operator reminds me of the 39-385 and 39-386 Pella operators. If you have another operator with an intact fitting at the end of the arm that connects to the sash. I would recommend comparing it to the specifications below. Thank you!

Casey,

Thanks for the quick response! That looks like the right analysis and shape of the shoe that broke. Is there any way just to purchase the shoe replacement? The rest of the operator is working fine and would be easier (and cheaper :) ) if I could just replace shoe.

Thanks again for your help!

Unfortunately, we do not carry the fitting attached to the end of the 39-386 separately since Pella only supplies these operators with the slider preattached. We apologize for the inconvenience.
